Complete our attached rug hooking camp registration form and mail it and your $150.00 deposit to Johanna Pino, 273 Route 26-A, Stuyvesant, NY 12173. Please make your check payable to Kinderhook B&B. Your deposit is not refundable unless the rug hooking class does not fill.

Balance of your payment will be due December 1st, 2007 for the January and February 2008 Classes. Balance of your payment for the March 2008 rug hooking classes is due January 1, 2008. WE HAVE A "NO REFUND" policy.
